Fortunately, the Regulation 2019/290 establishing a single format for registration and reporting of producers of electrical and electronic equipment to the register enters into force on January 1st of 2020 to harmonize the practices between the EU Member States. Indeed, the annexes I and II of this regulation provide harmonized formats and information elements for:
- Registration in a Member State
- Reporting to register of a Member State on EEE placed on its market
